Supreme Court has given interlocutory order for writ filed byJanta Samajwadi Party against Election Commission Nepal. This means no further action can betaken by Election Commission regarding Split of JSP.
निर्वाचन आयोग नेपालविरुद्ध जनता समाजवादी पार्टीले दायर गरेको रिटमा सर्वोच्च अदालतले अन्तरकालिन आदेश दिएको छ । यसको अर्थ जसपा विभाजनको सम्बन्धमा निर्वाचन आयोगले थप कुनै काम गर्न पाउने छैन ।
