Job Description:
• Regular follow up with customer and suppliers for payment & receipt, and reconciliation of ledgers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Process payments, invoices, and receipts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese tax regulations, including VAT, TDS, and income tax.
• Process payroll and maintain records of salary payments, deductions, and benefits.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Assist in improving financial management systems and software usage.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial best practices.
Qualification/Experience/Skills:
• Semi qualified CA/ACCA/MBA/MBS
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.
