MLC aims to create equitable working ecosystems, leadership approaches, and inclusive team cultures in Nepal.

Day-2 of the RISE 2025 course highlighted the critical role of trust and psychological safety in fostering a productive and supportive work environment. When employees feel safe to share ideas, take risks, and make mistakes without fear of judgment or reprisal, they are more likely to thrive. This fosters innovation, creativity, and overall well-being within the organization.
