1 Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes Washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
2 Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks
3 Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards
4 Neatly putting away all utensil , cooking instruments, dishes , and cutting boards in their respective places
5 Packing take-out orders as needed
6 Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required
7 Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags and washing garbage cans

4 Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
5 Embody the culture created by our restaurant to keep up the standard operation system
5 Willingness to work as high-energy, efficient team in fast- paced environment with politeness and engaging personality
6 Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report if any maintenance needed
7 Supervise a team of junior barista and servers and admin staff and inspect the errors in the station
