Experience: NO EXPERIENCE needed but you have to be a hacker or a hobbyist - just proof that you love coding 24/7.
Writing: Document the code.
Warning 1: Some task will be repetitive / monotonous - hence you should be ready to learn Flutter for Mobile App Development - on the side.
