MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handing inbound calls of customers
Open TT to concern team (Follow up, Customer Account and Support)
Maintain Churn
Perform all other tasks as assigned by Supervisor as on when required
Should be flexible with working on shifts

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum +2 completed or Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali
Should have good speaking manner and communications skill, polite and pleasing personality.
Must be interested to deal with customers.
Willing to work cross functionally as per requirement.
Should be flexible to duty hours and highly empathetic.
Should be able to work under pressure.
