We’re delighted to share that a lesson plan submitted by Pragati Pathshala school from Chitwan, has been awarded Commendation Certification from UNESCO Asia - Pacific Living Heritage Lesson Plan Contest 2023.

The school submitted a lesson plan called Himalayan Aromatic Incense - Making & Meditation Workshop for integration in Economics & Social Studies subjects in classes 8 to 12. Congratulations 🥳

UNESCO Asia - Pacific Living Heritage Lesson Plan Contest with support from International Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in Asia - Pacific Region (ICHCAP) and Asia - Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU), aims to expand the regional impact of bringing living heritage into the classrooms in both formal & non formal education arenas.
