Quitting Smoking is not easy, but it's worth it!
-Smoking="in any form of to***co or any other drugs through inhalation can also lead to gum disease。

-Individuals who smoke are more likely to produce bacterial plaque, which leads to gingival disease.

-The gums are affected because smoking causes a lack of oxygen and its deficiency in the bloodstream, so the infected gums don't heal。

-Smoking-causes people to have more dental plaque and causes gum disease to get worse more quickly than in non-smokers。

-Gum disease is the most common cause of tooth loss in adults.

CONCLUSION:
Try to minimize it if not quitting smoking (Prevention is better than cure)
