I wanted to create a safe space for us ladies beyond our teenage years. As a slightly older dance teacher, I really appreciate that ladies in mid life have a LOT on their plate. This dance class is all of our chance to be with like minded ladies, and get in the groove. It’s basically permission to let loose with the music and I cannot think of a better way to express yourself than by exercising at the same time. 💕

This is our story of why we are moving everything to one central Facebook + Website + Instagram. We are so grateful for you following so far and are now enjoying a period of growth and expansion. We do not want to lose the connection with you all, but it IS time to have one place where you learn what is coming next, and one place to message us.

Many of our ladies have careers, families and lots to take care of. This is the one moment that they can take a breath, and a break from being superwoman!
