This autumn, Catarina Soares will come to Stavanger, and this time she will be teaching a 3 full day retreat at Sirdal!

🪾 Women as Land ⛰️

🐍 An immersion into the body, psyche and spirit of women. 🌹 It is time to reclaim our history, bodies and our wisdom as women! 🐚

This retreat is for all women: daughters, mothers, grandmothers, sisters, bleeding, menopausal, ....

We will move between talks, sharing circles, group practices, collective rituals and moments of self-reflection.

The program includes pelvis wisdom, care and self-care for women, grief, herbalism, animalism, cycles and story telling.

From Thursday 8 October 16:00 until Sunday 11 October 16:00.

Staying at Solkro at Sirdal, where we will deep dive into our female wisdom while also enjoying the mountains, good food, stunning panoramic views, woodfires, sauna and hot tub.
