I’ve had it on repeat and… wow, it’s hitting me weird, you know?
Because I poured a lot of myself into this one. Like… a lot.
And now I’m wondering… did I just blow past the classic seven deadly sins, or did I accidentally invent an eighth?
Something like… the sin of hiding from yourself so well you forget where you stashed the key?

It reminds me of Korn’s raw honesty on Issues, you know? Digging into the mess without needing to scream it.
Or that floating melancholy in Evanescence’s Fallen—her voice hovering over the riffs like it’s afraid to land.
And there’s this… almost black-metal soul to it, but without the co**se paint and Norwegian forests. More like Dimmu Borgir deciding therapy might be scarier than burning churches.
