This achievement carries exceptional meaning for us, as it arrives in the same year that HIMKOK celebrates its tenth anniversary — a decade dedicated to refining our craft, honoring Norwegian ingredients, and pushing the boundaries of hospitality in one of the world’s most regulated markets.

From day one, our mission has been to create more than just a bar — to build a living expression of Norwegian culture through flavor, innovation, and collaboration. This recognition is a reflection of that vision and of the people who have made it possible.
