Med en unik beliggenhet ytterst på Sørenga og utsikt til Oslofjorden, kan Coyo tilby god mat og drikke i fantastiske omgivelser og sol til langt på kveld. Restauranten har kapasitet til 250 personer inne og 200 sitteplasser ute på byens kanskje flotteste uteservering.
