Sommerro Hotell - one Michelin Key!

A Michelin Key in given to an outstanding hotel experience, similar to how a Michelin Star recognizes a great restaurant. Awarded for excellence in design, architecture, service, personality, value, and contribution to the local neighborhood, a hotel can receive one, two, or three Keys, with Three Keys denoting an extraordinary stay. The Michelin Key is a new distinction, introduced in 2024, to guide travelers toward hotels that offer much more than a basic stay. 

What the Michelin Key Recognizes:
The Michelin Key is awarded after an independent selection team has vetted hotels based on five universal criteria: 

* Excellence in architecture and interior design
* Quality and consistency of service
* Overall personality and character of the establishment
* Value for the price
* A significant contribution to the neighborhood or setting 

Levels of Distinction:
* One Key: Awarded for a «very special stay».
* Two Keys: Denotes an «exceptional stay».
* Three Keys: Represents an «extraordinary stay».
