🪄 GET TO KNOW THE CONDUCTORS 🪄
Last but not least of the current conductors in the program is Tobias!
My name is Tobias Gjedrem Furholt, born and raised in Stavanger. I completed my bachelor’s degree in percussion at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart, where I studied with Prof. Marta Klimasara and Prof. Klaus Dreher.
Following my bachelors, I moved to the Netherlands, where I had the privilege of spending a year as an academist with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra.
I am currently completing my master’s degree in percussion back in Stuttgart. After the summer, I will move to Copenhagen to pursue the postgraduate program in conducting at the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
