Park Appreciation Week

Yesterday's event "Walk with an Ecologist" was lots of fun! Gigi Lish shared some insightful perspectives on native species, ecosystem services, important habitats, and much more.
We have also received some GREAT news:
*We have been given permission to keep the signs and the Dream Tree up in Kampen until Sunday, Dec. 5!*
So if you haven't gotten a chance to come to the park, or if you've passed by in a rush and didn't have time to write a wish or read the posters, don't worry!! You can enjoy a nice, wintery stroll through Kampen this weekend AND learn about other species in the city-- at the same time:)
