∞ My name means "dove" - and to that I associate freedom, beauty, gentleness, clarity and clear sight, sacredness, peace, hope, love, warmth, devotion, humbleness and wisdom.
∞ I am a he, a she, and everything in between, with a male body.
∞ I am a shaman, vocal soundhealer (facilitating healing and expansion through vocal sound). I also work with physical and energetic touch.
∞ I am a trauma-informed facilitator for Embodied Freedom. Embodied Freedom means to feel safe and free to love and live YOU - as you BE, in each moment🌸
I have a passion for tantra, sacred sexuality, and in general following the flow. I especially enjoy free expression, pleasure and practice through voice, senses, dance, movement, feeling, touch and relating. Did I mention I enjoy to expand through all the pain and pleasure life presents?
[ A piece of my STORY ] ∞∞∞
Growing up I've lived as being hypersensitive to other people's energy and with that lived as an "empath" - i.e. being codependent on what other people were feeling, trying to please them and base my own self-worth and safety on other people's "okayness" - with themselves - and with me. Among other things, this gave roots to trauma, complex PTSD and strong social anxiety as well as stress being a foundation in most of my actions, especially through "school/work/performance"... The most confusing part was that I used to be so caught up in DOING, and it all, and numbed out from my emotions that I didn't have a clue that I experienced what I experienced. I just knew I was living inside some kind of cage, and I wasn't feeling whole, nor free. I've been on an intentional self-growth and self-healing journey since 2015, when I committed to doing WHATEVER IT TAKES to figure myself out and create a life with and based on "EMBODIED FREEDOM". On my path I've learnt from and received guidance from several: world class experts in relevant fields, entrepreneurs, mentors, intuitive humans, energy workers and shamans. Through all this I've SHOWN UP for myself every single day the past years, doing my best to understand what my own being has needed in each moment - and to cultivate and give myself this - including lots of venturing with "shadow work", breathwork and patiently "unwinding" my own nervous system. My own healing and reprogramming has been a layer by layer journey. Every step has opened up to new gifts, insights and new ways of experiencing myself and the world around me. Additionally, opened up for gifts I am to share with others. In 2021 I started my training in vocal sound healing in the modality of "The Note From Heaven", which has lead to an important foundation for guiding, and facilitating healing in myself and others. I will never stop growing and expanding personally or professionally. Simultaneously, I am grateful for all I've been through and where I stand every day. Including, the continuously expanding freedom in my life - in greater levels and in how often. Freedom to be ME, as I am in each moment --- not subtracting or adding anything. Allowing my soul's expression and expansion in each moment, through and with my body. I hope that my journey also can provide you with value!
