The exhibition Movements brought together London-based artist Rechonski (b. 1999) and conceptual art pioneer Braco Dimitrijevic in a dialogue about how history is written, remembered, and endlessly reinterpreted.

Taking as a starting point the idea that history should consist of infinite readings of events—until the boundary between legend and proven fact starts to blur—the show juxtaposed Rechonski’s performative, staged gestures with Dimitrijevic’s seminal public interventions, elevating anonymous figures and minor moments to the level of monuments and pivotal events.
