MOVE (Musicians and Organizers Volunteer Exchange) is an exchange program for young musicians and organizers - between Norway , Malawi, Mozambique and Brazil. The project is run in collaboration with the Norwegian FK (Fredskorpset). Each year JM Norway have a youth exchange for young musicians aged 18-25 between Norway and our sister organizations Music Crossroads Malawi , Music Crossroads Mozambi

Deep into the community, Move participants had a full day experiencing the day to day life in the village with women of Chingalire in Lilongwe, Malawi. Being part of the people you live with makes it much easier to appreciate the cultural values and use them to help fulfil exchange goals.
