Even the sun joined in on the celebrations at our yard in Verdal as the Fenris topside built for Aker BP ASA set off for the North Sea today.

Fenris is an unmanned production platform engineered for harsh North Sea conditions. The topside is the result of strong engineering expertise, close collaboration, and efficient ex*****on throughout the project.

When production starts in 2027, Fenris will significantly increase the gas export from Valhall and contribute to Norway’s long-term capacity for stable energy deliveries to Europe.

Just before Easter, we welcomed customers and colleagues to the opening of our new Visioneering Center in Stavanger - a space designed to turn complexity into clarity.

Through advanced animations, realistic offshore operations simulations, immersive XR and high precision scanning, projects and operations can be visualized, tested and aligned before offshore ex*****on.

During the opening, visitors experienced how digital environments bring assets and operations to life.

At Aker Solutions, we are now looking for Solutioneers and Changemakers to join us as Summer Interns 2026 across six locations in Norway!

Our interns work in real project teams, contribute where it matters and learn from experienced specialists. Expect hands-on tasks, a steep learning curve and moments where you realize: “I actually helped build this”.

You're a bachelor’s or master’s student in engineering, science, data, or related fields. You work well with others, take initiative – and aren’t afraid to challenge how things are done.

The 29,000 tonne Hugin A topside we’re building for Aker BP ASA is coming together nicely at our Stord yard. Check out the scale of the “pieces” in the video below! ​

During the quarter, we were also awarded important frame agreements with ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil, shipped modules for a subsea record-breaker to Australia, explored next-generation projects through our consultancy arm ENTR, and played around with Virtual Reality — in a sensible, grown-up way.​

● Our Q4 revenues landed at 16.7 billion NOK, up 6 percent from the same quarter last year. 📈​
● Proposed dividend of 3.60 NOK per share.
● Still stuff to do as our order backlog stands at 65 billion NOK. 💻🔧​
