Heartdance

to become ever more comfortable in our skin. This dance practice is for everyone who feels drawn to going deeper in themselves, discovering and experiencing meaningful and expanded spaces in their heart and being. We dance, without steps or choreography, without worrying if we're doing it right, moving without judging, with openness and curiosity towards our own being. Enjoying and celebrating ourselves, we let go of controlling, we listen to and follow the impulses of the body - allowing it to express itself freely, and unashamed. In free dance we experience ourselves as energy, as space, as freedom. We become more sensitive and conscious, as well as confident and empowered. Dancing naturally and joyfully loosens us up and expands us into more joy. We move, soft, sensitive, raw and dynamic! We breathe and expand, we twist and twirl, we float, spiral, spin, grin, roll ,and stretch, and relax into silent spaces. HeartDance combines elements, exercises and techniques from different movement and mediation practices, emphasising the passion and pure pleasure of dance! You don´t need any previous dancing experience to join,
