Team coaching is its own discipline
A common mistake: treating team coaching as executive coaching with extra chairs.
It isn't.
Coaching an executive is bilateral work — coach and client, with the sponsor in the background. Coaching a team means coaching the team-as-system: a living entity with its own purpose, structure, culture and pathologies (Hawkins, 2017, Leadership Team Coaching; Clutterbuck, 2020, Coaching the Team at Work).
The interventions are different. The contracting is different. The success criteria are different. And the coach's own positioning — inside the system or outside, partner or third party — is constantly negotiated.
TAO3 is built around exactly that distinction. Six modules:

TAO3 — Transformational Team Coaching — runs as five international cohorts between September 2026 and November 2027.

Each cohort is a complete pathway to CTA-organisational and/or EMCC Senior Practitioner Team Coach (ITCA) accreditation: six two-day workshops, five group supervision sessions, real team coaching assignments alongside, a paired case study with oral presentation.
What it asks of you:
🔹 EIA Senior Practitioner or ICF PCC (or equivalent)
🔹 Completion of TA101, TAO1, and TAO2 (or equivalent)
🔹 Working knowledge of Transactional Analysis in organisations
