Spanish autumn kicking off in full swing. I love how the air is getting colder and crisper. How my toes snuggle into the wet morning grass. The birdsong loud & present. Warm couch cuddles under wool blankets. And that fresh earthy smell that only autumn brings 🍂 💛

pondering how important it is to ask each other real questions, and to really listen to the answers. not half-listen while waiting for your turn to speak. but fully, deeply listen. with presence. it makes the other person feel seen. like they truly matter

ask deeper and deeper. in a gentle & loving way. give them space to speak & to breathe. acknowledge what they share, don’t brush past it by shifting the conversation back to yourself or your own opinions

i’ve noticed that my resistance to superficial talk is just becoming bigger. it doesn’t move me & it doesn’t feel real. it’s just surface noise. what interests me is how someone feels. how they experience their inner world as they move through life. not what they’re doing, but how they’re being. not the list of tasks or who did what. but what’s happening within, between the eyes, the heart, the mind

because that’s where life is actually unfolding. 24/7, each of us is floating in our own world of thoughts and feelings. i want to know the why behind someone’s words. that’s how i want to connect, with what’s real and alive inside

so with this, i invite you to go deeper in your conversations. not just “how are you?” but something truer. ask a question that gives someone’s inner world permission to speak & let them be heard 💛💛💛💛
