SUPERWELL Optimal Sleep: The Key to Restorative Recovery

Deep, restorative sleep isn’t luck—it’s habit, rhythm, and biology. Over the years, I’ve built a nighttime stack that helps my body recover, repair, and reset. 

Here’s my SUPERWELL 3-Step PM Stack you can start tonight:

1) Castor Oil Pack — Calm, Detoxify, Restore
I close the kitchen early to activate autophagy, then massage castor oil over my liver, add a drop to my belly button, wrap with an organic flannel pack, and top with a warm lavender pillow. This supports detox, circulation, and shifts the body into “rest + repair.”

2) Legs Up the Wall — Circulation & Nervous System Reset
10–15 minutes with legs elevated improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, and calms cortisol. I layer this with an acupressure mat to release tension and create deep relaxation.

3) Breathwork or Meditation — Downshifting the Brain
With legs still up, I practice 20 minutes of TM or breathing (4-7-8 or box). This lowers cortisol, improves HRV, and preps the brain for deep, slow-wave sleep.
