Have you ever done this?

You...

✔ Set a lofty goal for yourself
✔ Feels super motivated⁠
✔ Decide to overhaul everything in your life⁠
✔ Do everything perfectly for a little while…

… but then…

😫 Life gets in the way⁠
😫 You can’t keep up with your new healthy behaviours⁠
😫 So you throw your hands in the air and give up completely⁠
😫 Rinse and repeat

I know I have.

Life loves to throw us curveballs. But there is a simple way we can prepare for them so that when life happens, we’re ready.

TIP: Have a back up plan: eg. You know you are going to be stuck in a meeting all day, so you will miss your 40 minute class. Print off 15 mins workout as a back up and use that. Or you go on a day trip and all they have in their restaurant is junk food, then instead bring along your own healthy option.
