Life loves to throw us curveballs. But there is a simple way we can prepare for them so that when life happens, we’re ready.
TIP: Have a back up plan: eg. You know you are going to be stuck in a meeting all day, so you will miss your 40 minute class. Print off 15 mins workout as a back up and use that. Or you go on a day trip and all they have in their restaurant is junk food, then instead bring along your own healthy option.
