Successful salvage operation completed in Oban, Scotland.
We are pleased to share the successful completion of a salvage operation in Oban, Scotland, carried out using our crane ship
Lara 1.
The operation involved the recovery of the MV Headcorn, which had sunk at its mooring in the Sound of Kerrera. Following environmental and navigational concerns, the vessel was successfully refloated and removed from the area.
The salvage works were executed in early April after more than a month of submersion, requiring careful planning, precise lifting operations and close coordination with local authorities.
This operation was performed on behalf of Jifmar Group and North West Marine, and demonstrates the capability of our crane vessel Lara 1 to safely execute complex salvage and recovery works in confined and sensitive environments.

Exciting Fleet Expansion Announcement!
We are pleased to share that we have reached an agreement to purchase the Hua Dian Bo Qiang 02 (formerly known as Hydrodeck) from Shanghai Bo Qiang Heavy Industries.
The 140 x 40 x 12 meter barge will join our fleet as H‑461, with handover scheduled toward the end of April near Shanghai.
Over the past years, the vessel has been upgraded with a double bottom and mooring/anchor winches, further enhancing her capabilities and making her exceptionally well‑suited for the cargo barge market.

Busy days at our yard Oostdijk in Rotterdam!
Great to see so much of our equipment gathered in one place.
At the center of the action is our crane barge "Missing Link", transferring sections from the largest barge in our fleet, H-401, to the smallest—and newest—member, H-251.
You can also spot our Zoomlion cherrypicker in the background, supporting the operation.
Our Oostdijk location is perfectly suited for mobilization and demobilization projects like this, and also serves as an ideal lay-up spot for barges.
