House music maker, label owner and selector are the foundations which make up Johannesburg born producer and DJ Toochi
The Toochi project was born in 2019 with a debut release on Hector Couto’s Roush imprint alongside UK artist Jacky, since then he has developed his sound and launched his own imprint Gaplife along side friends Chasing space with the goal of showcasing a unique side of the South African house music scene.
2020 has seen some big steps taken with releases on Innocent music, Play Groove, and Whoyostro as well as support by some of the industry’s leading names, the highlight being Marco Corola who played ‘Rituals’ during his live stream at Club Space in Miami recently.
With more music set for release in 2020 and his label growing from strength to strength Toochi is an artist who will continue to push his sound to the forefront of dance music. Listen to a sneak-peak of his bangin' remix of 'Set The Tone' through our link in bio! 📢
