Erasmus Food Lab @ EUR is a cooperative project of the Erasmus Sustainability Hub and EUR Alumna Pinar Coskun aiming to contribute to a societal transition by focusing on the improvement of eating habits and sustainable consumption for shaping new global lifestyles.The project is under construction to be a research center and a living lab in one where participants learn, design, experiment and execute sustainable food management strategies from a consumer perspective within an urban environment.

On Wednesday June 10th the Erasmus Food Lab is hosting a free taster session of a brand new pilot course: Dutch language learning for foodies!
What to expect:
🗣️ 10:30–12:30 | Interactive language lesson
🍳 12:30–13:30 | Cooking together
🍴 13:30–14:00 | Eating together & wrapping up
Language, culture, and food, all in one.
Taught by Karin Schreuder (language teacher) & Pinar Coskun (cooking instructor).
