Final dutch chapter- The long goodbye-

After 12 years of doing things Dutch style, it’s time for the next adventure. But not quite yet.

You’ve still got me till the end of September because I’m staying on for one last event. So this is your official 4 month heads up.

If you’ve always wanted to try the food, get one last fix in, or book the truck for something, now’s your chance. I still have some space left because honestly… I didn’t think I’d still be here this long.

At the start of October I’m clipping my wings, throwing myself into the wind and getting on the boat.

I need to be closer to family over on the Isle of Man, while still keeping the truck on the road. Sadly, doing both from the island itself just isn’t realistic. Beautiful place. Expensive bit of water.

I also need a bit of breathing room after the madness of the last few years. Time to reset, get the creativity back, and rebuild the truck ready for the TT races next year, which will also be its 10 year anniversary.

A pretty full circle moment really, because me and Dad started building it during TT ten years ago.

After that? Who knows where home will be. I think it will be Glasgow. I need to spend more time there when I leave and research to see if i can smash it there. If economics allows. Let’s see :) If not, I'll enjoy some music and have fun finding out
