City vs Nature

Creativity vs nourishment

A week back in the city and I can already feel it. The buzz. An electric field around my body that is constantly stimulating. A powerful mind energy. Vata as the Ayurvedic call it. The air sign of the mind, of thought, of action. Chitta as it is referred to in the esoterics.

The city is a place of creation. It is itself the formation of centuries of convergence of peoples and products. As a magnet it attracts. Those that are seeking, refugee-ing, yearning or simply longing. It is a space of creative endevour, where the one plus one makes three. A space of accidental encounters. From the most know to the unknown. Yes it is hard, hardened and not always heartful. But that is both it’s charm and it’s challenge. It is up to us to bring in the third. To awaken it’s softness. To reignite it’s soul.

The buzz keeps us “on”. If not recognized, and properly dealt with, it creates a continuous line of stress on the nervous system. The “doing” energy. Or the sense of guilt when not doing.

Imagine being a beautiful slice of cucumber. Fresh, alive and full of vigor. Transparent and defined. Now imagine that cucumber slowly being submerged into a large boiling pot of thick soup (choose your own taste, lentil and erwtensoep often come to my mind). What happens to that cucumber? What happens to its integrity, it’s transparency? It’s light?

Taking care of oneself is like safeguarding your cucumberness. Being aware of the city buzz, both it’s potentials as it’s problems, starts to create a sense of separation. A disidentification. Yes you can be “in” the city. But that doesn’t mean you need to be “of” the city.

When you start to take distance of your surroundings you start to become an individual. Undivided. This is very different then a personality. A personality is one that has managed to secure a sustainable mask. A persona. A person that has managed to properly find its role in the matrix. An individual is one that stands unto themself. They are there. They play. They laugh. They engage. And yet they retain a sense of self. That Self, that space of I-ness, is your I am. Let me correct, it’s the I AM. It’s Presence. It’s Being.

You can be in the city. You can love it, or leave it. But don’t hate it. Don’t fear it. Don’t judge it. Let it be. For what is it not but God’s creation, as all things are. It’s our creation, for we are the Creator in expression. And like all things young, there comes a time when they need to mature, to grow up, not simply grow old.

That time has come. Since the initiation of the Aquarian age (approx 1750) we have moved (and are still moving) from the Piscean grid to a more fluid and interconnected world. The heart center has awoken and we are realizing that things without spirit, without soul, don’t appeal to us anymore. The city is a direct reflection of that ancient state. It is also (and shall continue to be) the reflection of the new age we are collectively initiating. We are birthing a new consciousness, in ourselves and around ourselves. We are builders of the new. In every moment. At every place. Our simply thoughts, our actions, our feelings. They all are carriers of the new. Let us collectively weave the new more and more into manifestation. Let us embrace the light that descends from above. Let us build a heaven on earth. Be in the world, play with it, laugh with it, love and cry with it. But know, never forget, you are made of stardust. You are the One shining above the all. You are the consciousness that permeates and transforms copper into gold. You are of crystalline Light. Never ending. Omnipresent. You are dew on the morning leaves. You are the galaxies that home the stars. Planets and moons are your pathways. Points of reference that help you lead home. You are the bridge from spirit to matter. From father to mother. You are the parent and the child. The possibility and the potential.

This never forget. Forget your name. Forget your worries. Forget all that is temporal. But this, never forget. For as This, through This, because you are This… you, me, we, shall create a world radiant with the glory of our heart. United. A Kingdom of Souls. Bright Beings of Light, of Love. Empowered by the Presence of I Am-ness.

Aho. Amen. Awomen. I Salute You.

Time to get to work, but this time by following the path of ease. Instead of pushing or pulling, just following, just flowing🚶‍♂️

The time together at during was a true gift. Being two weeks submerged in nature, caressed by the trees, grass and leaves, soothed by the placid pond, soft touch and tickles, like being in the beyond. I couldn’t have asked for more 🥰

Being in a place with hundreds of other soul friends, receiving and sharing the gifts of presence, of play, of plentifulness, these are the things that for me are the most sacred. It is the celebration of life in action. Work. Rest. Play. A harmonious, stimulating, invigorating journey with fellow travelers 🌈

So now the path continues. I was gifted the opportunity during the festival to share the tools and crafts I received to help walk the path. Ten amazing activities in two fantastic weeks, from Ecstatic Dance to Divine Dance, to Connect and Flow, while also sharing the deeply transformative and empowering insights and tools of and Tools and gifts I received 17 years ago from my spiritual teachers, my aunt and uncle, my dear soul friends on the path 😌

Sharing this work, this very new age understanding and approach to walking the path (7th Ray of Magic) is the most heartfelt and soul serving activity I can share. It is my Soul living it’s highest purpose, as it directly transfers the most empowering and transformative tools that have helped me to heal, grow and expand my Essence, my Being 😇

Together with those that were able to participate I will be offering trainings in November to further share this alchemic consciousness. To support those that are curious, I will be offering a few taster evenings on .arkforhealing beforehand. These will be simple digestible moments to experience the work, and if it triggers your higher calling, then you are very welcome to join for more 🤗
