Thank you for your interest in the ERIM PhD New Year's Dinner Event!
Dear ERIM PhDs,
Today at 17:00 in room T3-30 we will hold our general assembly, where we will provide an overview of our activities of last year and where a new PhD council will be elected! We hope to see all of you at this event, as quorum is needed to elect a new PhD council.
Directly afterwards, we celebrate the instalment of a new council with free drinks at de Smitse for everyone who attended the general assembly! (Please note that you have to actually show up at the assembly if you want to enter the Smitse for free; otherwise you will need to pay the €10 entrance fee due to the Oktoberfest celebration!)
If you can't make it to the elections, then please nominate a fellow PhD candidate to act as your proxy to make your voice heard. Just send us an e-mail ([email protected]) in which you let us know who you would like to nominate as your proxy. Don't forget to CC him/her as well!
