Manolo

He is the resident guitarist of La Casa de Comidas, the latest restaurant where Mr. Manolo provides general ambiance music, as well as the music for Grover's song and dance as he delivers his dishes. Unfortunately, his performance wrecks each tray he brings out. Manolo's lunch break allows Grover to successfully complete an order without ruining it with his performance.
