Miss Fran

Miss Fran is a park ranger, who appears in the Sesame Street resource video, Happy, Healthy, Ready for School: Learning is Everywhere. She knows a lot of interesting things in the park for Abby Cadabby and Elmo to learn about such as the animals and plants that lived there.
