Captain Breakfast

Captain Breakfast is a superhero who appeared in a Sesame Street skit, unsuccessfully encouraging a little girl (Karen Prell) to eat breakfast, the most important meal of the day (she doesn't want breakfast because she already had breakfast and it's now lunchtime).
