Last summer I had a wonderful experience of composing the score for Ocean On Fire, a film beautifully directed by for . It tells the story of Titouan, the founder of Coral Gardeners, and his tireless devotion to protecting the coral reefs of the Tahitian ocean.

This story moved me deeply—a tender, coming-of-age tale filled with innocence and love for nature. Growing up on Borneo Island, I witnessed the decline of coral reefs firsthand, and Titouan’s journey feels so close to home. Sandra captured this delicate message with so much grace and heart.
