Mrs. Flappingham

Flappingham is an ice skating bird guest who visits The Furchester Hotel in the episode "Penguin Bobsleigh Team." She has a special ice skating rink installed in her room and after The Ice Flippers bobsleigh gets stuck in her room after breaking the runner on their sleigh she lends them her skates, allowing them to sleigh again. For helping she's offered a spot on the Ice Flipper's bobsleigh team.
