PLAYTIME! is afgesloten. Ter gelegenheid van de van de tentoonstelling organiseerde POST een verdiepend avondprogramma onder de titel ECHO. Tijdens deze bijeenkomst deelden kunstenaar , kunstenaar ._fernandes en curator (Nest) hun perspectieven op de tentoonstelling.

Aan de hand van de werken die zij presenteerden, gingen zij in gesprek over de rol van spel als middel om nieuwe wereldbeelden te verkennen. Ook werd dieper ingegaan op de tentoonstelling Out of Office (Still Here) en de vragen die deze oproept rond spel, vrije tijd en collectieve vrijheid.

Terwijl we PLAYTIME! afbouwen, zijn de voorbereidingen voor de nieuwe tentoonstelling van 'Sonsbeek 2026: Ik hoef geen tuin ik deel een park' inmiddels begonnen. Deze opent op 3 juli. Meer informatie volgt binnenkort.

Dank aan iedereen die naar POST kwam om mee te denken, te bouwen, te creëren en nieuwe perspectieven op spel te ontdekken.

On the final Sunday of PLAYTIME! at POST - ARNHEM, everyone is welcome to participate in a collective artwork by Jonas Vansteenkiste.

In The City as a Strategy, Jonas Vansteenkiste poses a fundamental question: how do we shape the city- and who has the right to do so? The work consists of a monumental table on which clay is offered to participants, children, and families - as a material to shape their vision of the city. Here, the city is not merely discussed, but literally shaped, molded, adapted, and reinvented. Here, we can collectively reimagine the city as a dynamic space of memory and imagination

POST on Sunday takes place on the final day of every exhibition at POST. Normally, mail isn’t delivered on Sundays, but during these workshops at POST, it is! The workshops are suitable for all ages and are free to attend on a drop-in basis.

A little over a week ago, 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗔 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 opened at POST NIJMEGEN. What a turnout! Thank you all for coming and celebrating with us.

The opening featured a rich programme, beginning with a beautiful text by curator , followed by an intriguing performance by on le***an squatting. From there, she led us into the Nijmeegse Heksennacht. It was wonderful to see so many people join the protest and walk alongside us beneath the self-made banner by : “Hexen claimen de nacht.”

The exhibition is on view until 13 September 2026. Please note that POST Nijmegen will be closed for its summer break from 15 July until 19 August.
