The Friends of Rwanda since 1988 has been involved in the education of young Rwandans in Kirinda, a rural community in Rwanda. The country is now under construction and is growing fast economically. In rural areas, the development is still slow, especially with education. The foundation works closely with Rwanda in an officially recognized organization APEDC. The board
