Today our partner International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3) introduced the Sustainability Check to the start-ups.

We proudly introduce Oscillum Technology from Spain as part of our Redefining Chemistry Spring 2020 program.

They have developed biodegradable labels which indicate if food still can be eaten by detecting food decomposition bacteria’s and changing label color.

Brightlands Chemelot Campus

For months we have been planning our spring 2020 Redchem program to start Monday April 6th. We could have anticipated no scenario in which the world would be in the massive Covid-19 driven crisis this spring.

The disruptive solutions that chemistry and material startups come up with, have the potential to create a better, safer and more sustainable world. At the Brightlands Chemelot Campus, we believe that integration of these start-ups in the ecosystem at Chemelot and the Brightlands Chemelot campus is key for their and our success.

We have therefore been working day and night to find a safe yet valuable solution for the Redefining Chemistry participants, connected Venture Experts and everyone at the Brightlands Chemelot Campus at the peak of the Covid-19 crisis.

We are proud to announce Redefining Chemistry Digital spring 2020. A full digital version of our renown program will start this coming Monday April 6th. As soon as it is safe and possible, we will welcome the participants at the Brightlands Chemelot Campus!
