This year we have welcomed two extraordinary Content leads into the ranks of Dephion: John Boyer and Angelina Sarycheva.

“I aim to serve, encourage, and enable our team and its members to deliver the highest quality content possible and reach our full potential,” says John about his new role as Head of Content. And he adds, “'It is a very rewarding experience working with the content team here at Dephion, and in general, there are so many talented people with unique experiences and backgrounds that contribute to our overall mission & vision.”

Meanwhile, Angelina has taken charge of the Hub’s content, a wellness blog for our corporate clients. ''[At Dephion] you get a lot of autonomy. Comes with owning your stuff while giving a lot of room for creativity.'' Angelina will also be working on our upcoming B2C app, YALLZ. For both, her focus is on creating high-quality content. “Imagine you are building a product that solves problem A. You aren't the first one and aren't the last. Creatives bombard potential users on all platforms. Yet it's your content that made Bob realize for the first time clearly: A has been ruining Bob's life since forever.''

Get ready, world! With John and Angelina by our side, we’ll be leveling up, yet again, in no time!

Not all heroes are of tall stature and wear tight uniforms. Some are shorter than the princesses they rescue and wear comfortable overalls that go along great with their impressive mustaches.

At Dephion, we did our best to honor the noblest of heroes by having our very own MAR10 DAY tournament!

We spent all evening playing Mario Kart and Ultimate Smash Bros., eating snacks, taunting each other, throwing useless controllers on the ground... that all counts as honoring Mario, right?

What's the best way to celebrate IWD? Empower women! Give them the means and the tools then leave the rest up to them because they WILL know what to do with them.

“When I first joined Dephion, I had the usual worries: that I might not fit in with the team, or that I would fail to deliver my tasks. However, all that faded away after I met and worked with my teammates and colleagues from different departments within Dephion. My team is super friendly and easygoing. Never once did I need help and got rejected; I had great help improving my coding skills.”

Well, but people HAVE to be nice at work, don’t they?

“Outside of work, they turned out to be great new friends—especially for an expat like me.”

Is that the only reason Amr enjoys working at Dephion so much?

“When it comes to life at Dephion, I wouldn't get all of the benefits I'm getting here anywhere else (to my knowledge and on this scale). We might not be like Google or one of the big whales, but in short, I prefer to work here than at home, which are both options for me. I get breakfast and lunch, a top quality Barista, Super smash bros or movies night in the Cinema room after work, and fun activities almost all the time."

..endlessly curious and agile as cats? Are our independence and flexibility what describe us best?
..exceedingly wise and possess the broad vision of an owl? Highly specialized by nature and can turn our heads completely around? (Okay, maybe not that last one)
