Spring tradition at Itility: planting Itilitrees

A large group of spent the afternoon at Voedselbos Eindhoven, enjoying a tour through the forest, tasting edible plants, soaking up the spring sun and planting magnolia trees.

Every Itilian gets their own tree in our Itility Forest, a food forest near our office that promotes biodiversity and sustainable food production. As you grow within Itility, your tree grows with you.

A nice reminder that growth is not only about work, but also about what you create around you.

Game Night vibes at Blauwdurp
We switch easily from solving challenges for customers to Magic: The Gathering decks or a game of Jenga. That balance is part of how we live our PILSI values: passionate about what we do, together in everything we share, and always up for a bit of fun and pizza after hours.

At Itility, we take “doing a deep dive” and “throwing you into the deep end” quite seriously. So some of our Itilians swapped laptops for scuba gear during a private intro dive session.

Because how far can you really take teamwork…
