How often do we forget our own strength? Unfortunately more than it should be. And it is not that strange that it does, because especially the last decade we came to rely on others and on forces outside of us. Lullaby-ing our own strength our own power into a sleep mode.

And when we have to rely on our own strength, we often are afraid that we don’t have the capability to “power through”, but we are here to tell you: You can and you will.

When you start with microdosing our MB truffles, we not only provide the truffles but also the guidance during your microdose journey. We advise to journal, to meditate, to work-out and or stretch. One of the reasons behind this structure is to let your reconnect with yourself again, and to build faith within you again.
