Did you know that nearly 1 in 2 Europeans struggle to understand health information? 🤔 Health information can be confusing — especially when you’re facing a diagnosis or treatment decision. Medical words, long letters, and complex instructions can make it hard to know what’s really happening or what to do next. That’s why clear communication saves lives. When patients understand their health information, they can make informed decisions, follow treatments correctly, and feel more confident about their care. 💪 🩺 The EAU Patient Office is joining the #HealthLiteracyMonth campaign to help make medical info easier to access, understand, and use — for everyone. 💡 ✨ Remember: ✅ Swap medical jargon for plain language ✅ Keep sentences short ✅ Use visuals and clear design Together, we can make healthcare communication clearer and more inclusive. 💙
