Together with our three children, we started Studio ROOF in 2005. Our inspiration lies in the beauty of childhood, the imagination, nature, peoples of the world, art and craftsmanship, and our drive has above all been the urge to create, and to unfold a new imagery.
We love our furry team members Umka and Bobbie ❤️
Bobbie likes to think he’s the boss, while Umka couldn’t care less and generally wants to keep her distance. Still they make it work together.
They model for us from time to time and recently even made their acting debut in our Amsterdam film.

Last week, we visited Donna and her team at her studio during London Design Week. The space was transformed into a colourful oasis, and we were so glad to see our collab showcased. ❤️
