Only 5 days until the release of iHostage, the first Dutch Netflix Original feature, premiering in over 180 countries worldwide.
Produced by Horizon Film and directed by Bobby Boermans, iHostage is inspired by the 2022 Apple Store hostage crisis and features the largest virtual production setup ever built in the Netherlands.
Planet X was responsible for designing and building the (real-time) virtual environments, working closely with ReadySet Studios and production designer Florian Legters to create a seamless blend between physical and virtual worlds, all captured in-camera using LED technology.
