We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Marine XII project, which marks a major milestone in our offshore journey.
Off the coast of Pointe Noire in the Republic of Congo, our M/V Brouwersgracht played a key role in transporting and installing a high-capacity base and yoke system for ENI’s floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) operations.
We carried out this complex operation in close partnership with Geocean, managing both transport and installation. With components weighing over 700 metric tons, the project demanded precision engineering, coordinated logistics and seamless teamwork, all delivered on a tight timeline.
From the start of the engineering phase in April 2024 to the successful offshore installation in June 2025, the project was completed safely, on time and to exact specifications.
Marine XII is more than just a technical achievement; it represents a strategic leap forward for Spliethoff. It showcases the offshore capabilities of our B-type vessels and establishes a solid foundation for future involvement in the subsea and offshore energy sectors.
