OSCAM Children’s Museum Directors

OSCAM is looking for Children’s Museum directors. We believe children are the future shapers of our museum. Each year, we appoint a group of young directors aged 10 to 12 who help make OSCAM even more accessible and relevant to other children like them. ⁠

Become a Children’s Museum Director and go on a journey filled with art, creativity, and responsibility.

What will you do?
- Help shape OSCAM’s educational program
- Collaborate with other Children Museum Directors on new ideas
- Assist in organizing the Children’s Day Festival: Celebrate YOU
- Curate your own exhibition
- Take part in creative and inspiring workshops
- Share your voice on what you think matters in art and culture

The Power of Play: Release Your Inner Child

Join an afternoon dedicated to creativity, reflection and shared experience. Release Your Inner Child invites you to revisit childhood through artistic practice and lived memory.

The program opens with Create Your Own Joy Soldier, a clay workshop where participants shape a figure inspired by childhood memories, defining moments or imagined futures. The session moves between making and storytelling, opening space for personal reflection through form.

The afternoon continues with a Djembe Drumming Session led by Wulabakan, where rhythm becomes a shared language that brings people together and carries collective energy.
