Zangfu tuina works a lot on the belly which is a part of the earth phase. In treatments, we need to understand that the Earth phase needs time and carefull preparation.
1.The soil needs to be ready to receive a seed.
2. In nature it takes time for a seed to be absorbed by the soil.
3. Once a seed is absorbed by the soil, we need the right circumstances for the seed to grow.

In the upcoming course on my website we will look at all these stages. Every stage needs a different approach, different points and techniques.
We need to get a firm grip on the workings of the central axis, the rising and descending, opening and closing, San jiao, etc.

And especially with abdominal work we need to develop “qì tōng wéizhǐ” a sensation of the unblocking and settling of the Qi.
