We’ve cared since day one. Akker started with two people and a belief: digital should make life better. We wanted to combine hands-on care, curiosity, and craft. Years later we still do. Every project gets the same focus and heart we brought to our first. The team grew and we felt everyone understood the objective really well. We were just never able to put it into words. Until now.

Ultimately, life is about happiness. We want this to be our mission and our guiding principle. Whenever we design, build, create, the main question is always: does this help the end-user? Does this improve a human’s life? Does it make them happy?

And for how we run our business, these same principles apply. The end-users are just the people that work here.
