Ahvanya is a Mind Body Nutrition Coach and a Holistic chef who specialises in sushi, personalised caterings and extravagant grazing boards, all with a homemade touch under the brand name Kitchen AVZ.
She runs A venue for Zen (AVZ), which hosts mindful gatherings and experiences for a conscious community of yogis and yoginis in Goa.

Elly Gikopoulos from Athens, Greece, embarked on a journey that led her to delve into the depths of India and the profound teachings of Yoga. Her extensive training includes Hatha Yoga, Aerial, Yin, Kundalini, Prenatal, and Acroyoga, as well as the Science of Well-Being by Yale University.

As a dedicated teacher, Elly has hosted Spiritual Yoga Retreats and Workshops worldwide, spreading her knowledge and wisdom. Elly has also been an avid facilitator of Spiritual Ceremonies and Ecstatic Dances.

Elly's mission is to guide individuals on a transformative journey, tailoring deep yoga practices to meet their unique needs. Through her teachings, she aims to empower individuals, helping them tap into their inner power and gain control over their emotions, body, and mind.

With Ecstatic Dance Goa she will guide us on a heart opening journey with a cacao ritual.
